These terms apply whenever you place an order with 27beauty through this website. By placing an order you agree to them.

Orders and pricing

All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. We take reasonable care to make sure prices and stock levels are accurate, but occasionally a mistake slips through — if it does, we'll contact you before dispatching anything affected.

Contract and payment

A contract is formed once we confirm your order by email. Payment is taken securely through Stripe at checkout; we never see or store your full card details.

Cancellations and returns

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for anything that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded, including death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
